(a) No person shall knowingly convey, or attempt to convey, to an inmate incarcerated in the Middleport Village Jail any item of any nature that has not been presented to, inspected and approved by an on-duty Middleport Law Enforcement Officer.
(b) All persons incarcerated as an inmate of the Middleport Village Jail or anyone visiting or interacting in any way with an inmate of the Middleport Village Jail shall comply with Ohio R.C. 2921.36, Illegal conveyance of weapons, drugs or other prohibited items onto grounds of detention facility or institution.
