505.15 CONFINEMENT OF EXOTIC OR WILD ANIMALS.

No person shall possess or keep within the Village of Middleport an exotic or wild animal, not otherwise prohibited, without safely caging or otherwise confining the exotic or wild animal so as to prevent it from causing serious physical harm to a person or pet.
