No person shall commit any of the following offenses which are defined to be acts of contempt of the Mayor’s Court:
(a) Disorderly, contemptuous or insolent behavior toward the Mayor of the Municipality tending to interrupt the due course of a trial or other judicial proceeding before him.
(b) Any breach of the peace, boisterous conduct or violent disturbance tending to interrupt the due course of a trial or other judicial proceeding before the Mayor.
(c) Willful resistance in the presence of the Mayor to the execution of a lawful order or process made or issued by him.
