(a) If any court of competent jurisdiction shall adjudge invalid any provision of this chapter, such judgment shall not affect any other provisions hereof not specifically included in such judgment.
(b) Further, if any court shall adjudge invalid the application of any provision hereof to a particular property, such judgment shall not affect the application of such provision to any other property not specifically included in such judgment.
