159.16  VIOLATION, PENALTY AND ENFORCEMENT.
   (a)   Whoever constructs, reconstructs, alters, changes or demolishes any exterior feature of any property, area, object in violation of these Preservation and Design Review Regulations shall be deemed in violation of the Zoning Code and the Village may institute appropriate proceedings to prevent such unlawful change.
   (b)   Any party that violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor under the Ohio Revised Code and shall be punished as provided in Section 501.99 of the Village General Offenses Code.  Each day or portion thereof that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
