Newly installed trailers for which an installment permit is issued after the effective date of this section (Ordinance 981-72, passed April 4, 1972), shall have such underpinning installed after thirty days from the date the trailer is placed in position on the lot. All other house trailers located within the Village shall have underpinning installed within six months of the effective date of this section. (Ord. 981-72. Passed 4-24-72.)
