1341.99 PENALTY.

A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be considered a third degree misdemeanor, and anyone being found guilty thereof shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or confinement in the Village or County jail not exceeding sixty days.
