1331.04 CHAPTER INAPPLICABLE IF NEW CONSTRUCTION BEGUN, ETC.

This chapter shall not apply to the demolition of any building if the owner commences construction of a new structure on the premises which utilizes the sewer within sixty days after demolition, or if the sewer is connected to a structure other than a building, such as a mobile home, within sixty days after demolition.
