1331.03 TIME LIMIT.

Demolition of a building shall be completed and the sewer capped within two months of the date a permit is issued. However, upon good cause shown, the Mayor may extend the time for demolition of such building and capping of sewer for a reasonable time not to exceed an additional three months.
