1307.04  PERMIT FEES.
   (a)   Permit fees pertain to both commercial and residential property.  The following permit fees are hereby established:
      (1)   New construction.  Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) flat rate plus one dollar ($1.00) per 100 square feet, not to exceed a maximum of $100.00.
      (2)   Room addition.  Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) flat rate plus one dollar ($1.00) per 100  square feet, not to exceed a maximum of $100.00.
      (3)   New construction of porches, decks, accessory buildings, sidewalks, ramps, parking lots and carports. Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) flat rate plus one  dollar ($1.00) per 100 square feet, not to exceed a maximum of $100.00.
      (4)   Mobile home.  Initial set-up or relocation within the Village: Twenty-five dollars ($25.00)  flat rate plus one dollar ($1.00) per 100  square feet,  not to exceed a maximum of $100.00.
      (5)   Remodeling exterior.  Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) flat rate plus one percent (1%) of total cost of project, not to exceed a maximum of $100.00.  “Remodeling” is defined as the alteration of the original structure or the original framework of said building.
      (6)   Remodeling for the purpose of changing the use or occupancy of a structure. Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) flat rate plus one dollar $(1.00) per 100  square feet,  not to exceed a maximum of $100.00.
      (7)   Swimming pool.  Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) flat rate plus one dollar ($1.00) per 100 square feet of surface area, not to exceed a maximum of $100.00.
      (8)   Any variance fees.  Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) flat rate.
      (9)   Curb cut.  Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) flat rate.
      (10)   Demolition permit.  Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) flat rate.
      (11)   Floodplain Development Permit.  Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) flat rate.
   (b)   The above permits should be applied for ten days in advance of beginning project and all permits be approved by the Village Building Inspector.
 
   (c)   No project is to begin before all plans are approved by the Building Inspector and a permit is issued.
 
   (d)   All permit have an expiration date of one year from the date of permit approval.
 
   (e)   The Building Inspector should be called back at the completion of all projects for a final inspection.
 
   (f)   All builders be required to show documentation of disposal of construction debris in an approved dump site.
