(a) Every building having a gross floor area of 10,000 square feet or more, requiring the loading or unloading of trucks, shall provide and maintain at least two off-street loading spaces.
(b) Each loading space shall be not less than twelve feet in width, forty-five feet in length, and fourteen feet in height.
(c) No such space shall be located closer than eighty feet to any lot in an R district, unless wholly within a completely enclosed building.
