(a) The Clerk-Treasurer of the Village is hereby authorized and directed to be the disbursing agent for the Village, and to make quarterly contribution payments by the prescribed due dates into the Unemployment Compensation Fund of the State of Ohio, as provided by law.
(b) The elected coverage under the Ohio Unemployment Compensation Fund shall continue until such time as formal application by resolution is made for a withdrawal under the terms and conditions prescribed by the Ohio Revised Code.
