All employees of the Village shall, if requested by the Mayor or Council, submit to a physical examination by a physician designated by the Mayor or Council. The refusal of any employee to submit to any examination shall be a basis for his discharge as an employee, if, after such a hearing as the employee is entitled to by law, Council finds that he has refused to submit to such physical examination. The report of the examining physician shall be given to the Village.
