The following are hereby declared to be legal holidays for all full-time employees of the Village: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving Day, Veterans Day, Christmas Day, and the employee’s birthday. If the holiday occurs on a Saturday it will be celebrated on Friday, should the holiday occur on a Sunday it will be celebrated on Monday. (Ord. 03-00. Passed 2-28-00.)
