(a) Each full-time employee of the Village shall be entitled to sick leave in the amount of one and one-fourth days per month, and shall be entitled to accrue such sick leave up to 120 days.
(b) Upon retirement each employee shall be paid fifty percent (50%) of all accrued and unused sick leave. (Ord. 1324-B-96. Passed 12-23-96.)
