(a) The floor area per family in a multi-family dwelling erected on any lot shall not be less than 500 square feet in floor area per family.
(b) More than one multiple dwelling or apartment building may be permitted on a single site only after approval of the site plan by the Planning Commission.
(c) Multiple dwellings shall utilize collective sewers connecting with an approved community sewage disposal system.
