1115.07  VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY.
   (a)   No person shall locate, erect, construct, reconstruct, enlarge, change, maintain or use, any building or land in violation of any regulation in or any provision of Ordinance 871A, passed December 13, 1965, or any amendment or supplement.  Whoever violates any provision of this Planning and Zoning Ordinance or any regulation thereto shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).  A separate offense shall be deemed committed each and every day after notification of violation during or on which such illegal location, erection, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, change, maintenance or use occurs or continues.

   (b)   In case any building is or is proposed to be located, erected, constructed, reconstructed, enlarged, changed, maintained or used, or any land is or is proposed to be used in violation of Ordinance 871A, passed December 13, 1965, or any amendment or supplement thereto, the Zoning Inspector, the legal representative of the Municipality or any adjacent or neighboring property owner who would be specially damaged by such violation, in addition to other remedies provided by law, may institute injunction, mandamus, abatement or any other appropriate action, actions, proceeding or proceedings to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove such unlawful location, erection, construction, reconstruction, enlargement, change, maintenance or use.  (Ord. 871A.  Passed 12-13-65.)
