(a) A fee, in accordance with the following schedule of amounts, shall accompany each application for a zoning certificate:

Each additional family unit in excess of three | 5.00 |
Maximum fee | 50.00 |
Commercial or industrial | 25.00 |
Expansion of residential uses | 5.00 |
Expansion of other than residential uses | 10.00 |
The fee for the application for a certificate for the use of land, including changes in the use of land shall be $5.00.

(b) All fees shall be deposited with the Mayor who shall credit such fees to the credit of the General Revenue Fund. The Zoning Inspector shall receive seventy-five percent of all fees.
(c) Every zoning certificate shall state that the building or the proposed use of a building or land complies with all provisions of law. A record of all zoning certificates shall be kept on file in the office of the Zoning Inspector or his agent and copies shall be furnished upon request to any person having a proprietary or tenancy interest in the building or land affected.
