(a) Cemetery is defined:
(1) From the Greek word Koimeterion (sleeping chamber).
(2) Koiman to put to sleep; akin to cunoe cradle.
(3) A burial ground.
(4) A burial ground especially attached to a Church.
(b) There shall not be permitted on the Middleport Cemetery Grounds:
(1) Festivals;
(2) Picnics;
(3) Celebrations which use fireworks or sparklers such as used for 4th of July events. (Ord. 09-05. Passed 10-24-05.)
