(a) Water tap fees shall be as follows:

A new tap is hereby defined to be the installation of water service on a line where none formerly existed and which requires the installation of new lines from the water main and the installation of a new meter and meter box in a location not formerly served by water service from such water main.
(b) An extra fee will be charged for special taps or meters, road bores and other miscellaneous essentials.

(c) All future taps for water service shall provide for a separate meter for each user.
(d) No person shall extend a water line beyond his property or furnish water to adjacent property owned by another. No person shall extend or lay a water line across any public street or alley.
(e) No person shall establish a water well within twenty-five feet of any public or private sewer lines. (Ord. 942-68. Passed 11-23-68.)
