(a) Sewage tap fees are as follows:

(b) A new tap is hereby defined to be the installation of sewer service on a line where none formerly existed and which requires the installation of new lines from the sewer main to a location not formerly served by sewer service from the sewer main.
(c) An extra fee will be charged for special taps or meters, road bores and other miscellaneous essentials.
