Should the bill for any service rendered by the sanitary sewerage system and sewage disposal facilities not be paid within thirty days, a penalty of ten percent of such billing shall be charged. If the bill is not paid within sixty days, the Village reserves the right to cut off the sewer service to the premises, which shall then be resumed only upon payment of an additional fee of ten dollars ($10.00) and further, if such bill is not paid within ninety days, the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to certify the delinquent bill, plus the penalties, to the County Auditor for collection as and at the same time that other taxes and assessments are collected.
