913.01 PERMIT FOR CURB CUT REQUIRED; FEE.

No person shall remove any curb or portion thereof in the Village for the purpose of establishing a driveway or opening in the curb without securing a permit for such purpose from the office of the Mayor. The fee for such permit shall be five dollars ($5.00).
