905.01  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person shall make an excavation of any kind upon any street, alley or sidewalk for any purpose described in Section 905.02 without having first obtained a permit from the Mayor, as provided in this chapter.  (Ord. Unno. Passed 9-7-43.)
