No person, firm, organization or corporation shall operate in any public place, any juke box or other musical device which requires the deposit of coins for its operation without first obtaining a license from the Village. The license for a juke box shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per year. (Ord. 1026-75. Passed 4-28-75.)
