No owner, occupant or lessee of any room or place of business in the Village in which the playing of billiards or pool is permitted shall permit the playing of any game of billiards or pool except during the following hours:
Sunday: 1:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Saturday: 5:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m All other days: 5:30 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. |
The provisions of this section shall not be applicable to any room or place of business at which beer or intoxicating liquor is sold. (Ord. 1029-75. Passed 6-23-75. )
