(a) No person shall harbor more dogs than permitted by the following limitations:

0.75 to 1.0 acre | 4 |
1.0 acre or more | 5 |
(b) Notwithstanding the foregoing limitations, where a litter has been born to a residing animal, a four-month grace period shall be granted to permit the distribution of such young animals after they have been weaned.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
