(a) No horses, cattle, sheep, goats, ponies and other similar livestock shall be permitted within the Municipality on properties containing less than two acres. The two acres or more must be contiguous, held in single ownership and must be the acreage where the livestock is kept.
(b) Nothing in this section shall be considered applicable against the transient use of horses by the Amish population.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
