505.14 BEAST OF BURDEN TO BE ATTACHED.

(a) No owner shall permit any carriage, wagon, cart, sleigh or sled, without horse, horses or other beasts of burden attached, to remain or stand in any street, alley or public grounds for more than thirty minutes.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
