(a) No person shall keep or maintain cattle, horses, mules, sheep, chickens or other fowl within one hundred fifty feet of the margin of any street, or within one hundred fifty feet of the dwelling of another person, or in such a manner as to permit the unreasonable emanation of noxious odors therefrom.
(b) Whoever violates this section, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
