501.14 INDIGENT DRIVER'S ALCOHOL TREATMENT FUND.

The Village Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to establish a separate fund which shall be known as the "Indigent Driver's Alcohol Treatment Fund" ("Treatment Fund"). Fees paid to the Village pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4511.191(J) shall be deposited in the Treatment Fund. Expenditures from the Treatment Fund shall be made as provided in Ohio R.C. 4511.191(M).
