(a) Motor vehicle removal shall only be done by a towing service that has been officially authorized by the Chief of Police.
(b) The designated or authorized towing service must have a minimum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) liability insurance and have the Village named as the co-insured. The towing service must be in compliance with all State and Federal regulations.
