353.06 TEMPORARY SUSPENSION DURING EMERGENCY.

The Mayor is hereby authorized to temporarily suspend the operation of any provision of this chapter during any period of emergency subject to Council's approval. He shall then have the authority to adopt and enforce such temporary rules and regulations during the emergency as traffic conditions may demand.
