353.05 PARKING METER HOURS.

Parking meter hours shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Fridays. There shall be no parking meter hours on any Sunday, or New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.
