The map prepared by Burgess & Niple, Limited, bearing date of December 8, 1980, and entitled "Official Village Marked Crosswalk Map" is hereby officially approved and adopted as the Official Village Marked Crosswalk Map and all locations and designations set forth thereon shall be plainly and visibly painted, marked and/or posted by the Police Chief or Superintendent or their designees, as marked crosswalks within the Village.
