The Tax Administrator may, upon the proper authority granted by Council, enter into an agreement on behalf of the Municipality with any other municipal corporation for the purpose of administering the income tax laws of such other municipal corporation as its agent and/or to permit another municipal corporation to administer the income tax laws of the Municipality or to provide a central collection facility for the collection of the income tax on behalf of another municipal corporation or another municipal corporation's collection on behalf of the Municipality.
