Unless otherwise noted, all notices and orders issued pursuant to this Chapter shall be served by delivering it personally to the Responsible Party or leaving it at the Responsible Party's usual place of business or residence, or by posting it in a conspicuous place on the real estate, building, or structure involved, or by first class mail or commercial courier to the last-known address of the Responsible Party, or by sending it to the Responsible Party to the Responsible
Party's electronic mail address, if known, or by publishing it once in a newspaper of general circulation within the Village if it cannot reasonably be served in any of the other ways mentioned herein. The Responsible Party's tax mailing address, as listed with the Geauga County Auditor, shall be conclusive evidence of the Responsible Party's then-current address for purposes of any and all Notices given pursuant to this Chapter.
