1313.02 NUISANCE ABATEMENT REVIEW.

The Planning Commission shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear appeals from notices and orders issued pursuant to this Chapter. Appeals from decisions of the Planning Commission shall be to the Geauga County Common Pleas Court, pursuant to Chapter 2506 of the Revised Code. (Ord. 21-123. Passed 8-12-21.)
