The functions of the Commission shall be to provide rules for retention and disposal of the records of the Municipality, to review, modify (if necessary) and approve schedules of records retention and disposition submitted by Municipal departments, and to review all applications for one-time records disposal. The Commission may, for good cause, revise any schedule it has previously approved. The Commission may dispose of records pursuant to the rules duly adopted.
