153.01 RECORDS COMMISSION.

There is hereby created in the Municipality a Records Commission, composed of the Mayor, or his appointed representative, who shall serve as Commission chair, the Fiscal Officer, the Solicitor, and a resident of the Municipality appointed by the Mayor.
