The owner and operator of any Private Transportation Vehicle must comply with the following additional requirements:
(a) The Private Transportation Vehicle shall meet all additional requirements of Chapter 4513 of the Revised Code, including headlights, brake lights, taillights, horn, rearview mirror, windshield and direction signals.
(b) The Private Transportation Vehicle must display the distinctive number and registration mark
(c) The operator of the Private Transportation Vehicle must have a valid drivers' license.
(d) The operator of the Private Transportation Vehicle must have proof of financial responsibility.
(e) The operator of the Private Transportation Vehicle shall comply with all other applicable requirements of the Ohio Revised Code in operating said vehicle.
