Any vehicle owner or other person who wishes to operate a Private Transportation Vehicle on public roads in the Village must submit the PTV to an inspection conducted by the Village Police Department that complies with inspection requirements established by the Ohio Department of Public Safety under Section 4513.02 of the Revised Code.
