Any Owner who is served a notice requiring a vacant property registration may, within ten calendar days of receipt of such notice, either apply for an exemption or appeal the findings of the Zoning Inspector to the Village Administrator. In considering the appeal, the Village Administrator may, but is not required to, consult with the Planning Commission.
