151.06 MULTIPLE PRIME CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS INAPPLICABLE.

The Municipality shall be exempt from the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.50 through 153.52, which are waived and hereby deemed inapplicable.
