(a) It is the responsibility of each person or entity which contracts with the Village to ascertain that the contract complies with the Revised Code and the Village ordinances insofar as any of them are applicable to the contract.
(b) Any contractor who performs under a contract which does not meet the requirements of the Revised Code or the Codified Ordinances performs at his peril and waives any right to maintain any action against the Village, at law or in equity, for any work performed or material supplied under that contract.
(c) No contractor shall recover anything for work or material because of any Change Order, unless the Change Order meets the formal requirements established by Section 151.03.
