947.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued. Whoever violates any provision of this Chapter and is fined for such violation, may appeal the aforementioned fine to the Mayor and/or the Council.
