947.09 SUPERVISION OF COLLECTION AND REMOVAL.

The collection and removal of garbage and rubbish shall be conducted under the supervision, direction and control of the Village Administrator and in strict conformance with the provisions of this Chapter. The Village's Refuse and Recycling Contractor must adhere to all terms and conditions of the Village's Refuse and Recycling Contract.
