(a) The pickup of additional items is subject to a private agreement which must be reached between the Village's Refuse Contractor and the individual resident. Any and all charges for such service must be billed by the Contractor directly to the resident and paid for by the resident.
(b) Large items (discarded furniture, appliances, bicycles, etc.) shall be placed at the usual place of collection at the curb or alley line prior to the time of regular collection on the day of collection. The pickup of these items is subject to the charge for this service to be agreed upon between the resident and the Village's Refuse Contractor.
(c) For items containing Freon the subscriber must notify the Village's Refuse Contractor, prior to being placed at the point of collection by the resident.
