(a) Within seven days of the commencement of any tenancy of each residential rental property in the Village, the owner thereof shall notify the Village Tax Administrator of the name, mailing address and all other contact information for each tenant of each such residential rental unit.
(b) The owner of each residential rental unit shall notify the Tax Administrator within seven days whenever any tenant has vacated the rental property, and provide the forwarding address and all other contact information available along with said notice.
