147.05 EQUAL PAY.

Wage discrimination on the basis of sex is prohibited. Employees of one sex shall not be paid at rates lower than are paid employees of the opposite sex for equal work on jobs requiring substantially equal skill, effort and responsibility which are performed under similar working conditions.
